1.Does it have CN2 ?
-yes, it have CN2,Our Network do have CN2 network but not dedicated one as it run on BGP mixed.If customer want Pure CN2 we could do that for extra changes.
2.Does vps also have CN2?
-Yes they all are in the same Network
3.What should I do if I think the network have some problem?
-We can even optimize your Network if you provide us the MTR and the IP (Home or Customer IP).
4.Do you have the server that have the ip more than /24?
-Yes, we have, we have 2*/24 ip, it need $125 extra.
5.Do you offer different class of ips?
-Sorry, at now we only offer /24 or 2*/24
6.Does the server allow email purpose?
-No, the 25 port is blocked.
7.How long will it need deployed?
-Usually in 24 hours. ( If you are resellers, I advised you said 2 working day, because so that the customer will not in worry)
8.do you allow announce the ip?
-yes, for free.
if you want to announce, first buy the server, then create a ticket saying you want to announce the block.
